Description
To ensure normal lactation and increase its duration, VITAPROM LLC, together with the State Research Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, have developed a specialized food product for increasing lactation, "Milky Way". This product has passed multiple clinical approbations (3 theses have been defended) and has confirmed its high efficiency in practical application.
Milky Way, a specialized product for feeding women who are breastfeeding, is the only product approved for use in the Russian Federation, which is intended to increase lactation during breastfeeding, as the corresponding entry was made in the Certificate of State Registration.
Ingredient composition:
Skim milk 1.5%, protein product ("Supro Plus 2640" consisting of: soy protein isolate "Supro", vegetable oil, fructose, calcium phosphate, monoglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin, iron diphosphate, zinc oxide, potassium iodide, beta-carotene vitamins A, E, B12, B2, E, ascorbic acid), isolate soy protein ("Supro 675"), chicory soluble, galega herb extract, soluble sugar, vitamin premix (retinol, tocopherol, ergocalciferol, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, ascorbic acid, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin, calcium pantothenate).

Application
The product "Milky Way" is recommended for: postpartum women with primary hypogalactia, all risk groups of this condition ("delayed" start of lactation, early transfer of previous children to artificial feeding), to stimulate lactation at the first signs of decreased milk production, include during lactation crises that can be occurred at the end of the first, second, third month of lactation.
The product can be recommended to all puerperas and lactating women for a quick start of lactation and as an additional source of protein, vitamins and mineral salts in order to prevent hypogalactia and deficiency of these nutrients.

Breastfeeding is one of the most important factors in the normal growth and development of a baby. Breast milk has a unique composition: perfectly balanced content of nutrients (fats, proteins and carbohydrates), enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
